POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER
WORKING PLACE: Room 1402 Grace Tower, 71 Hoang Van Thai Street, Tan Phu Ward, Dist 7, HCMc.
1. Role and function:
– Managing, supervising the work of customs clearance department and forwarding department
(HCMc, Binh Duong).
– Directly working with Customs Department in resolving issues that the team leader and specialists
are unable to.
– Check, guide the liquidity department, report settlement for Japan customers.
– Directly post-clearance inspection team and reciprocal for customers to minimize risk.
– Advising CEO and customers on customs procedures, options and solutions to deal with related
issue to goods clearance, data management, settlement reports, waste treatment, scrap, machinery
liquidation.
– Participate in the company’s bidding projects, contribute to the company to sign new contracts.
– Weekly and monthly reporting to CEO.
– Other tasks assigned by CEO.

3. Requirement:
– Minimum 7 years’ experiences Logistics industry and at least 3-year in Customs clearance
leader experience.
– Have experience in customs inspection.
– Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
– Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and
problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
– Good understanding and experience in import and export.
– Good English.
– Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
Working hours as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
Saturday (work from home): 8:00 am to 12:00 am
Lunch time: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm
