Position: Liquidation staff
Working place: Saigon Hi-tech Park, Industrial Park Vietnam – Singapore (VSIP 1)
Role and function:
- Received customer data, checked suitability, and replied to inappropriate information by email.
- Compare customs data and factory data, between the customs sheet and input factory, find errors, and repair them in time.
- Receive BOM of products, and build it to factory norm according to suitability.
- Follow import and export and inventory of the factory, solve problems arising (if any).
- Make reports to superiors quarterly, make settlement reports yearly, and supports data when customs audit.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self-starter
- Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding and experience in freight consolidations, freight operations
- Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation is preferred.
Working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday (work from home): 8:00 am to 12:00 am
Lunchtime: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm
