Position: FORWARDING LEADER
Working place: Room 1402 Grace Tower, 71 Hoang Van Thai Street, Tan Phu Ward, Dist 7, HCMc.
Role and function:
- Update schedule, routing, rate & booking to agent
- Transaction directly with Agents and clients of all request, or shipping cargo.
- Controlling the professional knowledge on Operation Dept
- Making plan and payment for new orders
- Settlement directly all the complains from Agent or Clients.
- Reading service contract and find out best rate for special routing or commodities.
- Support sales team for professional knowledge.
- Training new operation staff to catch the forwarding knowledge.

Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years’ experiences in air freight industry and at least 2-year in managerial experience.
- Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
- Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding and experience in freight consolidations, freight operations
- Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
Working hours as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
Saturday (work from home): 8:00 am to 12:00 am
Lunch time: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm
